Cancellation Policy.

We know that signing up for a retreat is both a commitment and an investment in yourself, and sometimes life throws up the unexpected. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before completing your registration:

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place. 

  • If you need to cancel, we’ll happily offer a refund (less a $100 admin fee) for cancellations received by 1 February 2026.

  • From 1 February 2026 onwards, your booking becomes non-refundable, as by this time we will have committed to venue, accommodation, and program costs on your behalf.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant at no additional cost at any time before the retreat begins. Please notify us in writing to arrange this.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for leaving the retreat early.

  • We are unable to make exceptions to these terms due to the nature of venue commitments and program costs.

  • We encourage you to consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
